Marisa is an accomplished International executive leader, as well as a Global Prestige Brand Growth Strategist, with over 25 years of leadership experience. She has developed herself as an expert growth-driver on such different scenarios like a family-owned business transformation and professionalization towards a private equity-own business, but also at the Multinational world, managing countries and regions.

The foundation for Marisa’s executive and leadership experience was made throughout 16 years within Coty where she grew throughout the company from an Assistant Product Manager to eventually Vice President of Southern Europe. At Coty she managed the Spanish and Portuguese affiliates, as well as  South America, before being promoted during her last years at Coty as Vice president Southern Europe.

After Coty, Marisa’s career growth continued at Noabrands, the leading Visual Merchandising solutions provider for the key Fashion Retail brands, where she was hired as CEO. Recently Marisa transitioned from Global CEO to Non-Executive Chairwoman  Noabrands, in addition to other specialty advice projects. At Noabrands, she contributed to create a true international, global, leading player with base in Europe, North America and APAC, through organic and non-organic growth.

What inspires Marisa the most, is to see companies growing, empowering her teams, while projects evolve and expand. She advocates for conscious leadership, believing in people, and creating the proper culture that allows and facilitates the keys of a good leadership, inspiring, sharing, listening and bounding.

Marisa is a strong advocate and expert in ESG, contributing passionately to making the world a better place.

She lives with her family and 6 dogs in Barcelona and holds an MBA from ESADE and High Performance Leadership certification from IMD Business School.

Her most important personal project and what she´s more proud of, are her three children: Alejandra, Daniel, and Alvaro.
