Our Story

Our story began 25 years ago working together at Coty in the prestige division …then called Lancaster Group running the European and Australian subsidiaries.

We reconnected in early 2022 and discussed together what we wanted to do as a next step in our careers and found that there was an opportunity to join together and provide services using the long experience and extensive networks which we had built over time. Moreover we found significant alignment in our passion for developing people and teams as well as finding solutions to shift a business to a new positive growth and momentum. These were the first seeds for our Project which has become The Boutique Advisory.

We decided to create The Boutique Advisory to support Companies to expand Internationally, to optimize parts of their organization, and to revitalize and turn around a business. We also decided to use some of our close network and use them as experts in specialist fields such as Sustainability, compliance and legal.

Flexible and agile ….we can be very quickly in a market or region and work with local teams to deliver success on a variety of levels from exploring new business opportunities to opening new markets or even interim management during an Organization transition.

We focus on Luxury and Premium consumer goods in selective Retail distribution and E-Commerce.

Throughout our careers, we have been able to connect with and galvanize multi-cultural and diverse teams and help them become stronger leaders and managers achieving extraordinary results.
